Delete your account or workspace data

Use this page to request deletion of your Taskivity account or workspace data. This route is available both inside and outside the app so users can request deletion without friction.
What happens next: we record your request, verify ownership where needed, and process deletion in line with our privacy, security, financial reconciliation, and legal retention obligations. Approved requests are removed from active systems within a reasonable administrative processing window.
Before you submit:
  • Account deletion covers your user account and associated application data linked to it.
  • Workspace deletion is broader and is meant for removal of the entire workspace and its related operational data after verification.
  • Deletion is not always immediate. Some records may be retained for fraud prevention, financial reconciliation, tax, legal, or security obligations.
  • If you may need reports or task history later, export them before submitting a request.
